Wonder why it is called that?

So, Sunday (of last week), I-70 was open and I drove up to Red Rocks. It is so pretty up there and it was quite clear. Just an awesome place to say: God was having a good day when he made Colorado!! Love the statue (of my boyfriend)...hee hee.
