Really?

Shelley wrote that she thinks the everyone is more cheery this season. Really? I was in Wally World yesterday and people there were just flat out rude! The workers were very nice and helpful...actually going out of their way to ask if you needed help. I have not seen that customer service attitude at Wally World in years! But the shoppers were awful!! I know that you are stressed, money is tight, the check-out lines are longer than your to-do list, but don't take it out on the cashier! Be the exception! Be especially nice and thank them, and wish them a blessed day! Small things can make a big difference!
