Ugh, what a start to the week.  Very stressful! We scrambled to get the house looking good for the realtor.  She was favorably impressed and suggested that we list the house at $189.900. We have a few things to do before we list it. And the list seems to grow daily. It is hard, but I know it will get a little worst before it gets better. And more decisions to make. Buy or build.  Right now, it looks like we will build.
