And back...

And back to San Fran. Buddy was glad. I don't think that he likes boats very much. We toured the downtown area by bus with a tour guide. Interesting, but we were so tired! After dinner, it was a long dark drive back to Reno. I slept part of the way. But Buddy did not sleep on the bus at all. Donner Pass was snowy and icy and we ended up behind a snowplow the whole way. I was thankful that they did not have to stop to put chains on the bus. We got back to the hotel a little after midnight. I put Buddy to bed immediately and packed the suitcases. It would be a short night. The bus was picking us up at 5am to go to the airport. We had a lot of activity in one really long day!
